Voices from the room: the 19 June casting day.
Six talents, one afternoon, one quiet floor in the Trimodels studio. Notes and portraits from an open casting where the question wasn't “can you walk” — it was “will you come back.”

Casting days are the foundation of a season. They are not the shoot; they are not the campaign. They are the afternoon in the studio where a face you have only seen in a Polaroid walks in, sits down across from you, and decides — sometimes in the first thirty seconds — whether they want to come back.
We held an open casting on Thursday. The room was set the way it always is for these: north light, one chair, a small camera on a tripod, water on the side table, and a pinboard on the back wall that catches the eye of every model the moment they sit down. The brief for the floor team is always the same — make the room feel less like an interview and more like a conversation that is already partway through.
On the floor
Today's casting was held by Tanya, Sina, Adam, Louie, Mikko, and Arvi — the bookers and floor leads who have run more of these afternoons than they can count. Every face below sat across from at least three of them.
Six voices, six portraits
We asked each model the same four questions: describe Trimodels in one sentence, give us the one word for today, tell us why you keep coming back, and tell us what makes a great casting. The answers are below, edited only for length.

Marwa
On Trimodels: a professional, supportive community that makes every model feel valued and helps them grow. One word for today: welcoming.
“Every casting and shoot feels amazing, and I've grown so much since I started my modeling journey with them in 2021.”

Zeyad
On Trimodels: a dynamic and supportive agency that helps young talent grow, gain exposure, and connect with amazing opportunities. One word for today: energetic.
“The people, the positive energy, and the family atmosphere keep me coming back. Everyone from the bookers to the photographers and videographers makes it a great place to be.”

Lara
On Trimodels: a supportive and professional agency that empowers models while creating exciting opportunities for growth and success. One word for today: inspiring.
“A welcoming atmosphere, clear communication, professionalism, and making every model feel comfortable and confident enough to showcase their best self.”

Abdulkader
On Trimodels: a place that makes every experience feel easy, fun, and professional. One word for today: welcoming.
“A kind team, good vibes, and an environment where you can just be yourself.”

Wassim Tabouche
On Trimodels: a professional and welcoming agency that creates great opportunities. One word for today: exciting.
“Clear communication, a friendly environment, and a professional team that makes me feel comfortable and confident.”

Sharif
On Trimodels: feels less like a casting agency and more like a place where people genuinely want to see you do well. One word for today: inspiring.
“After today's experience, it feels like I will get an opportunity very soon.”
What today proved
Casting days do not produce frames you can ship. They produce a room you can come back to. Six different talents, six different routes in, one consistent answer: the floor felt welcoming, the team felt human, the conversation felt real.
That is the only metric for a casting day that matters. If they want to come back, we have done the job. All six are on the call list for the next round of test rolls.
