The website is operated by Trifid Media LLC (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) and its corporate affiliate Trifid Media (Australia) Pty Ltd, trading as Trimodels. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these Terms mean those entities.

By using the website you agree that you will not:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law of the UAE or your jurisdiction.
• Scrape, harvest or copy talent photographs, biographical data or other content for any purpose other than legitimate booking enquiries directed to us.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any connected database.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware or any other harmful code.
• Impersonate any person, agency or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any of the above.

The talent roster shown on the website is provided for informational purposes only. While we endeavour to keep details current, statistics such as height, measurements and location may change. Final confirmation of any talent's availability, rate and creative deliverables is made through a written booking confirmation issued by Trimodels.

All bookings are subject to our Booking Terms, which form part of these Terms. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific booking contract, the booking contract prevails for that engagement.

The Trimodels name, the website design and all photographs, video, copy and graphics published here are owned by Trifid Media LLC, its affiliates, contracted photographers or the individual talent, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works of any content on the website without our prior written consent, except for the limited “fair” uses permitted by applicable law.

The website may link to third-party platforms (e.g. Instagram). We do not control those platforms, and we are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Trifid Media LLC, Trifid Media (Australia) Pty Ltd nor any of their directors, employees, agents or affiliates will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the website (other than in respect of confirmed bookings, which are governed by the relevant booking contract) is limited to the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim and (b) AED 1,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website or your infringement of any third party's rights.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The Dubai Courts have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except that we retain the right to bring proceedings against you in any other jurisdiction where you reside or do business.

We may amend these Terms at any time. The current version is the version displayed on this page. Continued use of the website after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
