Talent Release Notice

Talent featured on this website have agreed, in writing, that Trimodels may display selected photographs, biographical information and statistics for the purpose of promoting the talent to potential booking clients. Each talent retains the right to request the removal or amendment of any item displayed on their profile.

The information shown on a talent profile is limited to:

• Stage name or professional first name.
• General professional statistics (height, size, hair and eye colour, nationality, languages, dialects).
• Locations where the talent is based or available to travel from.
• Specialty areas (e.g. editorial, runway, commercial, presenting).
• Selected portfolio photography and video.
• Optional links to public social-media profiles such as Instagram.

Personal contact information, pricing, contractual terms, full legal names and any sensitive personal data are never published on the website.

• A profile shown on this site is an introduction — final usage rights for any image or footage produced during a booking are governed by the relevant booking contract.
• No publication or commercial reuse of talent likeness or material is permitted outside the scope licensed in the booking confirmation.
• Editorial use, behind-the-scenes content and social-media reposting all require talent consent through Trimodels.

Trimodels represents minors under a dedicated guardian-consent framework. Every profile featuring a person under 18 is set up, signed off and managed by a parent or legal guardian, including any image used and every individual booking. We apply applicable UAE child-protection regulations to every engagement involving a minor, and limit the personal data shown publicly to a minimum.

Trimodels selects, presents and books talent on the basis of professional suitability. Briefs that request talent on the basis of unlawful discriminatory grounds are declined. Talent are presented respectfully — no body-shaming, fetishisation, sexual objectification or politicisation is tolerated.

Talent and rights-holders who believe any item on the website infringes their rights, or who wish to update or remove any information, may write to Trimodelsapps@gmail.com with the relevant URL and the change requested. We will respond within a reasonable period and, where the request is valid, action it without delay.

Photographs, video and other creative assets shown on the website are licensed to Trimodels by their respective owners (talent, photographers, stylists, productions). Any reuse without prior written consent is prohibited.
