Booking Terms

A Booking is confirmed only once Trimodels has issued a written confirmation specifying the talent, dates, hours, location, usage rights, fee and any agreed expenses. Verbal or pending enquiries do not constitute a confirmed Booking.

• Fees are quoted in AED or USD as set out in the confirmation and exclude VAT, which is charged at the prevailing UAE rate.
• Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are 50% deposit at confirmation and 50% within fourteen (14) days of the shoot date.
• Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum lawful rate, whichever is lower.
• All bank charges and currency-conversion fees are borne by the client.

Each Booking grants a specific, time-limited usage licence as set out in the confirmation. Any additional usage (e.g. extending the territory, the period or the media type) requires Trimodels' prior written approval and may incur additional fees.

Photographs, video, audio and any other material produced during a Booking may not be released, published or shared on social media before the agreed publication date. Behind-the-scenes content requires the talent's prior consent.

The client agrees to provide:

• A safe, professional and dignified working environment.
• Reasonable rest and meal breaks during shoots exceeding four hours.
• Private changing facilities with clear sight-line separation from the set.
• A clear creative brief in advance, including any references that the talent should review.

Talent are not required to perform nude, semi-nude, intimate or stunt work unless it has been agreed in writing in advance, and a dedicated rider is in place.

Hours beyond the originally booked window are charged at 1.5× the hourly rate for the first two additional hours and 2× thereafter. Overtime must be agreed with Trimodels before it commences.

• More than 72 hours before the shoot: 25% of the booking fee.
• Between 24 and 72 hours: 50% of the booking fee.
• Less than 24 hours, or no-show: 100% of the booking fee.

Cancellation fees cover the talent's reserved time and lost opportunity. Pre-approved expenses already incurred (travel, accommodation, stylist) are payable in full regardless of when cancellation occurs.

Where a confirmed talent becomes unavailable due to illness, force majeure or another unavoidable cause, Trimodels will use reasonable efforts to propose a replacement of equivalent calibre. If no replacement is acceptable to the client, all fees paid for that Booking are refunded.

Neither party is liable for any failure to perform that results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of government, natural disasters, pandemics, severe weather, war, terrorism or large-scale infrastructure failure.

Trimodels reserves the right to withdraw any talent from a Booking where the working environment is unsafe, hostile, or materially different from what was represented in the brief. Reasonable withdrawal in such circumstances is not a breach by Trimodels and the full fee remains payable.

The parties will keep all confidential information (briefs, scripts, unreleased products, financial terms) confidential during and after the Booking and will not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.

These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the Dubai Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
